Terms of Service

Version 2026-05-08 | Last updated May 8, 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service apply when you use DueBop. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility and account responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legal contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

3. What DueBop provides

DueBop helps you track bills, budgets, cash flow, card obligations, imported records, and practical payment timing. Some insights are deterministic calculations based on records visible in the app. DueBop is not a bank, lender, broker, investment adviser, tax adviser, or law firm, and does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

4. Connected accounts and imported records

You may link financial institutions or upload statements to import records. You confirm you have permission to share that data. You are responsible for reviewing imported information for accuracy before relying on it, and you should not submit raw statement files or highly sensitive account details into AI or free-text support fields unless specifically requested through an appropriate product workflow.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, upload malicious content, or use the app in violation of law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Paid plans and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay may reduce access to paid features.

7. Arbitration agreement; class-action and jury-trial waiver

Please read this section carefully. Where permitted by law, you and DueBop agree that disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved by final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except for disputes that may be brought in small claims court if they qualify and remain on an individual basis. Before starting arbitration, either party must send written notice describing the claim and requested relief, and the parties will attempt informal resolution for 30 days. If unresolved, either party may initiate arbitration with a mutually agreed arbitration provider under its consumer rules. Arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis. Class actions, representative actions, and consolidated proceedings are not permitted, and both parties waive any right to a jury trial for arbitrable claims. The arbitrator may award individual relief available under applicable law, but may not award relief for or against anyone not a party to the arbitration. This section does not prevent either party from seeking temporary injunctive relief to prevent unauthorized use, misuse, or infringement. Some jurisdictions may limit or prohibit parts of this section; those limits apply only to the extent required by law.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that recommendations will meet your specific financial goals.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DueBop and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to DueBop in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid any fees.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version and update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

11. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact support through the app support channel or the contact method listed in your account area.
